What are the product lead times?
At the moment, as I am a one mum band, all orders are subject to a 3 week lead time. Order confirmations will be emailed rather than printed and sent with your order to have one less bit of paper going into the recycling.

Can I have a bespoke order made?
Please contact us if you have something in mind that you can't see in our shop. We would be more than happy to discuss making something extra special for your home!

My order is a gift, can I add a gift message/ gift wrapped?
Yes, please leave us a note when you check out if this item is a gift, and we can hand write a gift message for you to be sent along with the order. All products are wrapped in black spotted tissue paper.

How long will it take for my order to get to me once it has been dispatched?
We send all orders in the UK via 2nd class signed for Royal Mail, so you should receive it within 2-3 working days.
For international orders the time will be 3-5 working days.

How can I display my word/name sign?
You can use pin nails (from any hardware shop) to hang the sign onto. Position the nails in various locations to support the product. Items with more letters need more support as they are heavier and can get misshapen.
